Hey, my name's Albert and I'm 22 years old. I currently live in London but spent most of my time in my childhood home in Chigwell, Essex.

 

For me, growing up was very different from what most people know. Lets just say that I'm not from your average sized household as i am part of an extremely large family. My family consists of my mum, dad and 14 children (and yes we did have a TV growing up.) So yes, you read that right. 14 kids (8 boys, 5 girls and one on the way.)

My whole life I have loved music and as a boy I wanted nothing more than to be a part of the band Busted! Sounds ridiculous I know but that was all I wanted so I spent most of my time singing, writing songs and teaching myself how to play the guitar. 

​

At the age of 14 I found the two greatest loves of my life, Jesus and Alice. I met Alice at high school and my attention soon shifted from making music to trying to make her like me. Finally, she gave in and we are soon to be married.

As well as falling for my girl I also fell in love with my church. Hillsong London is a church I have been going to since I was a teenager and it is where i spend most of my free time. It has allowed me to get back into my music and to use it for a cause my greater than my own. As part of their worship team I am lucky enough to lead people in worship week in week out as well as going on different tours where I have had some of the best experience of life and have been able to visit places across Europe and India.
